Visiting Singapore's Gardens by the Bay has always been on the top of my list of things to do here. I'm a big sucker for plants, especially exotic tropical ones that are never found in Melbourne /too hard to grow without having a full on greenhouse so whenever it comes to visiting tropical countries, staring at plants is something you will ALWAYS find me doing. I just can't stop, there's just so much goodness to look at. I mean things like fan palms are grow everywhere in Singapore but a complete rarity in Melbourne.. so Gardens by the Bay was basically like one big plant museum too me. It was so cool to see so many varieties of calathea, ferns, orchids and more all thriving and living healthily (my own calathea at home has seen better days). There's also the world's tallest indoor waterfall which provides a refreshing spray of mist as you enter - a kind of cool manmade feature. This off the shoulder dress from MLM label which you saw a peek of here has been an absolute suitcase favourite of mine so far & was the perfect companion for exploring the luscious green grounds of Cloud Forest :-)Photography: Rowena Cao & I
