If you love drinking almond milk but have always wondered if there was a package-free option out there (or if you could make it at home), well I’m here to tell you that YES! You can!

Last year, after consuming cartons of packaged almond milk, I decided to look into making my own almond milk at home. It turns out, making almond milk at home is SO easy. Plus, it’s tasty, nutritious and you know exactly what’s in it. Read on below to see how it’s done.

And.. that’s literally it! Almonds, water, blend and strain. With the leftover almond pulp, you can find plenty of different recipes online to use these up by making protein balls, crackers and other baked goods, so that you get two uses out of your one cup of almonds.

I can’t believe how easy it is to make almond milk at home and once you get a taste of homemade almond milk, it’s unlikely you’ll want to go back!
