Are your downloads instant? How do I receive them?

Yes, all of our downloads are instant. They are sent to your email immediately after payment is completed.

What program do I need to use to read your e-books?

You can use Preview, Adobe Reader or any .pdf compatible app. The e-book can be viewed single page or double-page spreads. 

Can I return a digital product?

Please note that unfortunately our digital products are non-refundable due to the nature of their delivery and immediate access.
