Forget Provence for now because us lucky Aussies seem to have our own beautiful lavender estate down under in Tasmania. Just 45 minutes from Launceston in a small town called Nabowla, was one of the most beautiful places I've ever visited, the award winning Bridestowe Lavender Estate.
