So happy to see the Eiffel Tower again. This time as we visited in spring, the weather was so much more magical. There are a few places you can view and get associated with the Eiffel Tower - visiting the tower itself, picnicking in front of it at Champs de Mars, seeing it from Trocadero as well as viewing it from various locations nearby like Pont Alexandre III and various roads and streets. I've been to all of them and I must say that Trocadero is now my favourite place to see the Eiffel Tower. It is the perfect distance away that's close enough to see it in all its detail, but far enough to be able to enjoy it with the rest of the landscape and to capture it on camera.. I'll be sharing more tips on viewing the Eiffel Tower in my weekend guide to Paris. We started our Eiffel Tower viewing from Trocadero and slowly made our way down the road to the Eiffel Tower and all the way to Champs de Mars. It's all very walkable and exciting to see it closer and closer on your approach. It was such a magical day, there was sky writing in dancing around the sky and the perfect shade of blue to enjoy the Eiffel Tower in all its enchantment.Photos: Rowena & Connie
